Most items purchased from Sangam Point are returnable except those that are explicitly identified as not returnable.
General Return Policy
- Products purchased at Sangam Point are returnable only when the item you have received at your doorstep is in a physically damaged condition, has missing accessories, is defective, or is different from the description on the product detail page at Sangam Point.
- If you report an issue with your purchased item, we may schedule a service engineer visit at your doorstep for an inspection
- The return will be processed only when
- It is determined that the product does not get damaged while in your processing
- the product is not different from what was shipped to you
- the should be in original condition (should have brand/manufacturer’s box, MRP tag, user manual, and all other accessories along with warranty card)
- Products marked as non-returnable on the product detail page can not be returned
Note- If you have received the non-returnable item in a defective or damaged condition, you can contact us within 10 days of the product’s delivery.
